Board Update

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 the Company notifies that Sir Robert Walmsley, who was due to retire from the Board at the end of January 2020, will remain as Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director until he steps down at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2020.

The Company thanks Sir Robert for agreeing to extend his board tenure whilst the Board completes the process of finding an appropriate replacement.
