Ultra Electronics Holdings plc

Further to the announcement made at 08:31 on 27 November 2019 for a block listing of 90,298 ordinary shares of 5p each, the Company confirms that 60,298 ordinary shares of 5p each have been issued and allotted under the Executive Share Option Plan (52,778 Ords) and US Savings Related Share Option Plan (7,520 Ords), and 30,000 ordinary shares are for the block listing allocated under the Executive Share Option Plan (20,000 Ords) and US Savings Related Share Option Plan (10,000 Ords).  The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
