Ultra Electronics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the vesting of awards granted in the form of nil cost options ("Awards") over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") in relation to Awards granted on 13 December 2018 under the Ultra Electronics Long Term Incentive Plan 2017. The Awards vested are the first of three tranches, which vest on the first, second and third anniversaries of 5 November 2018, the date on which Mr Izquierdo commenced employment with the Company, in accordance with the terms of the grant.
